Celebrate AAPI Heritage Month with Bon Appétit team member, George Hatchie! George was born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii, he is Hawaiian-Japanese descent, and his culinary influences come from his family (Island cuisine). He has been cooking for 25 years and with Bon Appetit for the past 5 years. George loves to cook and has developed a large breath for culinary knowledge. We are excited to amplify George and share his culture through delicious cuisine!
